Do you excel in customer service and office management? We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to oversee daily operations, support team members, and ensure exceptional client experiences

- Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to the team
- Oversee customer service interactions, ensuring high-quality support
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and agency policies
- Collaborate with the agent on business strategies and goals
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior management and customer service experience is preferred.
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Communication and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
